Planned for July 2026
Portfolio Update: Q2 2026
This planned quarter-end recap will summarize Q2 progress across the SaaSier portfolio once the reporting period closes.
Hive Minded AI
The biggest story of the quarter. Hive Minded AI entered private pilot with five commercial beekeeping operations in late May, covering roughly 2,400 hives across the Midwest. Pilot feedback is shaping the pollination contract management module and IoT sensor integrations targeted for the public launch.
- Voice dictation workflow validated for field conditions (wind, ambient noise, gloved hands).
- Offline sync confirmed reliable across multi-yard routes without cell coverage.
- Weather-aware task scheduling integrated and tuning against real forecast edge cases.
- First pilot participant expansion cohort targeted for Q3.
MockForge
MockForge continued expanding its protocol support and AI-driven feature set. The engineering team shipped several milestones that wrap up the v0.3 development cycle.
- GraphQL subscription simulation and WebSocket event streaming both moved from experimental to stable.
- AI data synthesis pipeline upgraded with RAG-based context-aware field generation.
- Record-and-replay support for gRPC bidirectional streaming added.
- Beta program structure finalized; onboarding expected to open in Q3.
SaaSy Solutions
SaaSy Solutions continued building its consulting pipeline, with a focus on automation and custom systems integration for commercial and government buyers.
- Multiple commercial client engagements delivered across automation and data workflow projects.
- Government-contracting readiness work progressed, including WOSB-aligned capability statements and past-performance documentation.
- HelloSaaSy.ai platform development continued as a parallel track, with early internal tooling being validated against real consulting delivery patterns.
CodeDig
CodeDig saw steady organic growth as a live developer tool. PR risk and blast-radius analysis usage increased as more teams integrated it into their review workflows.
- GitLab integration expanded to cover merge request analysis parity with GitHub.
- Blast-radius visualization improvements for large, multi-file PRs.
- Entity setup planning continued as a parallel workstream for eventual standalone company formation.
Portfolio operations
- Portfolio Operating System v1 maintained across all brand sites with ongoing CTA and messaging consistency checks.
- Cross-portfolio editorial cadence established for regular updates and company-specific publishing.
